Did you know -

Do you charge a restocking charge for returns ? Does the customer service agent sometimes "forget" to include the restocking charge when issuing the RMA ?

You can establish a "default" restocking charge for RMAs, so each time a RMA is created, CODIS will automatically include the restocking charge for you.

Did you know -

You can change the "salesman" code at Order Entry time for a specific order then run Sales Analysis based on the "salesman" code in the order header record.

For example, Noah is the customer's "regular" salesman but you want to record Tim as the salesman for a specific order. CODIS allows you to specify Tim as the salesman for the specific order but in no way changes the fact that Noah is the customer's regular salesman.

The Sales Analysis program can be run to look at each order for the salesman code stored in the order's header record which is where Tim would show up on the order where the salesman code was changed.
